Why are online registrations now closed?

Best Practice Birmingham showcases products, presentations, and marketing materials from participating pharmaceutical companies; which means we have to strictly adhere to ABPI code and ensure only appropriate healthcare professionals are exposed to this material at the event.

This requires us to close our online registrations form before the event begins and only accept onsite, in-person registrations during the event opening times.

Can I still come to Best Practice Birmingham?

ABSOLUTELY YES! As long as you meet the entry requirements:

This event is FREE for healthcare and allied healthcare professionals working within the NHS, specifically for HCPs working within the sphere of general practice. If you do not meet any of these requirements, you may still be able to enter the show as a 'Commercial Delegate' for a fee of £695.00+VAT.

Please note: due to the ABPI code, social care staff are not permitted to attend.

The Organisers of Best Practice Birmingham will have the final decision to validate the pass. You can use your pass for one or both days of the show. If you are unsure whether you qualify for free entry or not, you can contact us on: +44 24 7671 8568.

Do I need to provide proof of my eligibility for a free pass?

YES! Free passes will only be provided to onsite registrants who:

  • Can provide a valid GMC, NMC, GPHC or other relevant registration number that proves you are a healthcare professional
  • Or, if you are not a registered HCP, you will need to provide proof of where you work (business card, company letter, etc.) and the company you work for must be an appropriate organisation that works within or for the NHS
  • All onsite registrants must use their work / NHS email when registering for the event. We will not accept any registrations using a personal email address
