Shannon's background is in hospital pharmacy, working for a number of years as a specialist pharmacist in Neurology and older people, before leading an Integrated Medication Review Service in Care Homes. Shannon has a passion for learning and development and prior to her role as lead pharmacist Primary care pathways, (Midlands and East of England) she has worked for CPPE in a number of different roles, including the development of the Medicines optimisation in care homes training pathway.
