Chief Education Officer, PMA
Sarah is passionate about all things education, training and development. Sarah has worked in the field of Education for over 20 years and is committed to supporting continued professional development at all levels and in all sectors. Sarah is an experienced senior leader from a Further Education background and has worked for PMA for 3 years supporting their journey to be the first choice training provider for the non-clinical sector. She works closely with training hubs, employers and learners to ensure the Apprenticeship programmes are contextualised to learners actual job roles and settings to bring learning to life. PMA is a Grade 2 GOOD Ofsted rated training provider with the ambition to be GRADE 1 OUTSTANDING in the next 18 months. Sarah truly believes that Education changes lives and is heavily involved in Governance work in Primary and High schools. Sarah is keen to attract, recruit, retain and promote people into the Healthcare sector and to share her passion for Apprenticeships far and wide. Sarah is also the founder of ABLE EDUCATION ASSOCIATES supporting with Leadership and Management programmes, HR, coaching and mentoring and Quality Assurance. This is Sarah’s third Best Practice event and she cannot wait to meet with people keen to embrace Apprentices within their settings and to share her thoughts on how PMA can best support practices improvement plans.
