T-Pro & Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

T-Pro Stand: A114
T-Pro & Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

T-Pro is delighted to announce we have been awarded the contract to Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) with our digital dictation and speech recognition workflow solution.

The Trust has been working to implement a clear and robust digital vision to enable improvements in quality, experience and efficiency across services.  This vision is wide-ranging and includes the integration of any new solution with the Trust’s electronic patient record system (EPR) and the adoption of speech recognition to improve the speed, quality and accuracy of clinical documentation.

T-Pro complements the Trust’s strategic programme, and their commitment to develop the use of mobile digital technologies with a lot of their workforce based in the community. Our market-leading cloud-based digital dictation and speech recognition solution will deliver a multitude of benefits - and allow the Trust to bring greater efficiency and reduce the workload for clinical staff involved in the production of medical letters, without compromising on quality and accuracy.

Dr Paul Bradley, Chief Clinical Information Officer and Consultant Psychiatrist at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Trust commented: “Our previous locally hosted digital dictation system has been replaced with a cloud-based solution: T-Pro. Once this is fully integrated with our electronic patient record, we will be able to create more efficiencies for our staff and release more time to spend with our service users and carers.”
