PCCS 7th Autumn Conference

We’d also like to invite you to our PCCS 7th Annual Conference will be taking virtually on 26th and 27th September 2024 and the topic of discussion will be Tackling Health Inequalities and CVD Through Innovation and Leadership.

Through presentations and question and answer sessions, this conference will bring together an expert faculty of primary and secondary healthcare professionals with specialisms across cardiology. A wide range of topics across cardiovascular disease including population health, health inequalities, risk assessments, cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure will be discussed. Additionally, 2024 European Society of Cardiology guidance updates on atrial fibrillation and hypertension will be covered.

Invitations for this meeting are open to all healthcare practitioners, and it is free to attend.

And if you are in Glasgow or the surrounding areas you may like to join us for our second Scotland Conference, 'Population health in Scotland: Tackling primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease', specifically for healthcare professionals in Scotland, on Wednesday, 13th November 2024 at voco Grand Central, Glasgow.

With a focus on primary and secondary CVD prevention, this face-to-face conference will cover important topics including women’s health and the risk of CVD, interpretation of ECGs for diagnosing cardiac conditions and latest guideline updates across cardio-renal-metabolic diseases.
