I will be discussing how I have gone from taking my very first nursing student in 2018, to now having hosted more than 100 student nurses in general practice and sparked a passion for general practice within my local universities, and how we have generated more than £30,000 in student nurse tariff in under 2 years. Hosting students in general practice benefits the whole system, our staff, our profession, and most importantly our patients.
