It will review the latest published British Menopause Society Guidelines on unscheduled bleeding on HRT and cover how to risk assess women into high and risk low. It will also advise when to refer for an urgent pelvic scan and will showcase the proposed West Midlands Cancer Alliance model for managing unscheduled bleeding on HRT. It will cover when and how to make simple HRT changes.
